Nana Sahab. Peshwa Bajirao adopted son was named Nana Saheb. Nana Saheb was adopted by Peshwa Bajirao II in the year 1827. While living at Peshwa Bajirao's place, Nana Saheb learned the virtues of horse riding, weapon handling and efficient politics. After the death of Peshwa Bajirao, the British stopped his pension. Later, Nana Saheb along with Tatya Tope started a rebellion in Kanpur against the British Raj in 1857. He died on September 24, 1859.
